Andrew Nyamayaro

Director | Principal Solicitor

Andrew Nyamayaro is a distinguished legal professional serving as the Director and Principal Solicitor at Tann Law Solicitors Ltd. He is a past  President of the Warwickshire Law Society.  Andrew's extensive legal background encompasses immigration, family, business, employment, and human rights law. His exceptional abilities in navigating the complexities of the law are complemented by his adeptness in serving clients from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

In addition to his professional achievements, Andrew is a committed volunteer, having lent his expertise as a magistrate and school governor. A seasoned public speaker, he has addressed various political, religious, social, and charitable organisations on pivotal legal issues.

Andrew's courtroom prowess shines through as he frequently appears in several courts, showcasing his remarkable advocacy and litigation skills. He is well-versed in preparing appeals and judicial review applications, often collaborating with some of the most esteemed barristers in the United Kingdom.

Andrew Nyamayaro's journey in the legal profession began in Zimbabwe, where he was admitted as a legal practitioner, Notary Public, and Conveyancer in 2000. He honed his skills at two distinguished law firms in Zimbabwe before making his mark in the United Kingdom. In 2012, he was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales, solidifying his international legal prowess.

Armed with a Bachelor of Law Honours degree and qualified under the Law Society Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a Level 2 senior caseworker, Andrew Nyamayaro is a beacon of excellence in the legal arena. His unwavering commitment to justice and his clients' welfare sets him apart, making him a trusted ally in navigating the complexities of the law.

Bernard Mandaza


Bernard is an accomplished legal professional, holding a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree with a focus on International Commercial Law from the University of Northampton. He boasts full membership of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (CIArb) and is a registered Legal Practitioner in Zimbabwe.

With over a decade of valuable professional experience both in the United Kingdom and internationally, Bernard's passion lies in the realms of corporate governance, immigration, litigation, probate and the intricate arenas of regulatory and corporate compliance. His business acumen, coupled with a natural gift for diplomacy, positions Bernard as an authoritative figure in Directors' duties across diverse jurisdictions.

As a qualified Arbitrator and seasoned lawyer, Bernard possesses a meticulous eye for detail and exercises discretion when analysing complex legal issues, all while steadfastly upholding the highest standards of confidentiality. His diverse legal journey includes advising on Immigration matters in the UK and across the EU, with a special emphasis on managed migration.

Mohammad Alo


Mohammad boasts a rich and diverse legal background, steeped in Middle Eastern legal expertise from his native Syria. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in law, he served as a senior lawyer for an impressive 13 years, eventually establishing and successfully running his own law firm. His qualifications enable him to represent clients across a spectrum of Arabic countries, solidifying his status as a legal luminary in the region.

In addition to his extensive Middle Eastern experience, Mohammad has immersed himself in the complexities of UK law, culminating in a Master's degree in law from the esteemed University of Wolverhampton. His legal focus spans immigration, commercial matters, and litigation, reflecting his versatile skill set and dedication to achieving optimal outcomes for his clients.

What sets Mohammad apart is his unwavering empathy and understanding toward his clients' unique situations. Amir Ali

Legal Caseworker Executive

Amir is a dedicated MCILEx Caseworker at Tann Law Solicitors, where he brings his passion for the legal field to life. Holding a prestigious 1st Class Law degree, he is currently on the path to becoming a qualified Solicitor through the Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) Route. Amir has also successfully completed CLIEx Level 6 Immigration Law, further enhancing his legal expertise.

His areas of specialisation encompass Immigration and Family law, where he has gained valuable experience. Amir's Immigration portfolio includes handling a wide range of cases, such as Asylum, entry clearance, visa extensions, settlement, citizenship, deportation, and appeals. In the realm of Family Law, he has adeptly managed matters such as Divorce, Mediation, and Child Proceedings.

Amir thrives on helping people and relishes the opportunity to tackle diverse challenges, finding fulfilment in the excitement of each unique day rather than adhering to a repetitive routine. Nyaradzo Nyamayaro

Office Administrator

Nyaradzo became an integral part of Tann Law Solicitors in July 2018, where her multifaceted role encompasses administration, finance, accounts, recruitment, and staff management. With a knack for team leadership and a comprehensive understanding of the practice, Nyaradzo plays a pivotal role in the organisation's success. Balancing her commitments, Nyaradzo works part-time with flexibility at Tann Law Solicitors, complementing her other role within the NHS.

Outside the professional realm, Nyaradzo is a devoted mother of two children, cherishing moments spent with friends and family. She is an active member of her local church, serving as a Deaconess and Children's Ministry teacher, exemplifying her commitment to her faith community.

Nyaradzo's leisure pursuits reflect her diverse interests, including reading, globetrotting, and a passion for nature and culture. She is an avid walker, always eager to explore the world around her and immerse herself in the wonders it has to offer.

Malalei Safi


Malalei is an accomplished legal professional with a specialisation in assisting the Principal Solicitor in casework and handling immigration, family, and litigation matters. Her role also involves providing valuable legal advice to clients, which includes tasks like taking client instructions, drafting legal documents and witness statements, as well as processing evidence. In addition to these legal responsibilities, she also manages various administrative duties.

Malalei's academic journey includes earning an LLB Law degree from Coventry University in 2016, followed by the completion of the LPC with LLM from the University of Law, Birmingham in 2017. These qualifications serve as the foundation of her legal expertise.

Before joining Tann Law Solicitors, Malalei gained valuable experience working in Rugby, where she dealt with parents and children in care proceedings. This role exposed her to the sensitive nature of such legal work, including attending court hearings with counsels. She has also worked in a niche area of defendant insurance claim litigation.

In addition to her professional experience, Malalei is deeply committed to community service. She has volunteered at the Coventry Law Centre and Coventry Refugee Migrant Centre, where she provided support to refugees in their efforts to rebuild their lives.

Malalei's diverse experiences working in different legal firms have given her a profound understanding of the intricate and delicate nature of legal matters. She approaches every legal issue with meticulous care and diligence, always striving to achieve the best results for her clients.

On a personal note, Malalei is fluent in Pashto and Dari. In her spare time, she cherishes moments spent with her family and friends, and she has a passion for travel, allowing her to explore new horizons and cultures.


Trainee Solicitor

Ashlea's academic journey has been marked by dedication and achievement. She began her educational path with an Extended Diploma in Business Level 3 in college. Subsequently, at Worcester University, she pursued a degree in Law with Criminology, earning a commendable 2:2. Her pursuit of legal excellence continued as she embarked on the LPC, where she achieved a distinction and concurrently completed a Masters in Law with a merit, a milestone she reached in early 2022. Ashlea’s main goal for her future is to complete her training contract which she started at Tann Law Solicitors beginning of September 2023.

In her current role Ashlea deals with cases relating to Immigration, Employment, Family and Corporate Law. Her responsibilities encompass a range of basic administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and responding to clients on their behalf. She also lends her keen eye for detail to proofread documents and assists in drafting necessary legal paperwork.

Ashlea's commitment to her legal career is evident in her completion of the Paralegal trainee program, a testament to her dedication and skill in the field.

Throughout her journey, Ashlea has gained valuable experience with a 3-month placement in Employment Law, further enriching her legal expertise.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ashlea finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends. Her love for literature is evident through her avid reading habit, with Emily Bronte's "Wuthering Heights" holding a special place among her favourite books. These personal interests reflect her well-rounded and dynamic personality.


Legal Intern

Sabaa is currently a legal intern at Tann Law Solicitors and a student at Coventry University studying law LLB. Sabaa is also completing an apprenticeship in business administration. 

Sabaa is an enthusiastic individual who possesses excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. She has the ability to identify potential problems and take appropriate action. Sabaa has a positive attitude towards learning new skills and has the ability to perform effectively, despite being under pressure. She has never missed a deadline, which demonstrates her time management skills. 

Throughout her journey, Sabaa has gained valuable experiences by participating in several virtual work experiences. One of her most insightful experiences was a week working with the CPS, which further enriched her legal knowledge. she also participates in the firms weekly training sessions, which touch on a range of legal and non-legal topics. 

In her spare time Sabaa likes to cook, spend time with her family and go to the gym. she has also volunteered with the NHS for several months and likes to work in a complex needs home on the weekends.
