Pretty much been black mailed by my landlord so I needed to discuss ASAP with someone to see where I stood with the situation and what rights I had as a tenant as I abide by my tennancy to a T and pay my rent on time. The receptionist wanted the whole ins and outs and personals of my suitation before he decided I was even worthy of talking to someone. Then emplyed it was better if I rang elsewhere. litrally throwing commission away from the actual solicitors real shame they missed out on my case because it would have been a strong case but ill take his advice and take my matter elsewhere. Just wonder if he can take that chip of his shoulder in the meantime

Tuesday 25th of June, l had a very stressful day, because couldn't find the information that l was looking for or l needed help with something. Before calling Tann Law, on the very day l spoke with two solicitors from different companies. The first one was a lady, cut off the fone after few sentences, the second one tried to listen and he apologies that he can't help me. Tann Law came as a last resort: the first instant when l called the reception, a gentleman with a lovely voice answered my call, l tried to stay calm saying exactly what help l need. The gentleman started asking me some questions, from there l got the answer l needed. With few simple questions from him. By the end of the day l felt relieved. Surely l did thankyou him.

Enquired by email for their services and they replied with a very condescending and rude email. They try and charge £200 for 1 hour and when you request 30 mins for £100 which is the same rate per minute, they send a rude email...very unprofessional! Being in investment banking and then an entrepreneur my whole life, I have never had such an unprofessional email sent to me. NEVER USE THEM!
Thank you very much Tann Law Solicitors for working tirelessly on my issue. My son was denied a visa last year in October last year and a friend of mine referred me to them. When i went there, Mr Nyamayaro suggested we do a new application instead of appealing or doing an administrative review. We started everything from scratch, they told me all the documents that i needed to submit and they assured me that once i provide them with all the documents, chances of my son granted a visa were 99,9%. We worked together everyday making sure that everything was put in place. I would like to thank Nyaradzo and Daniel, these two were amazing throughout my whole journey. They would contact me via email or telephone if they needed anything from me. They made sure we had all the documents including the ones we thought were not necessary,.
