Daniel is a paralegal specialising in immigration, employment, and business law. Since joining Tann Law in April 2024, he has handled a diverse caseload, including personal and business immigration, employment tribunal work, disciplinary cases, settlement agreements, and a range of sponsor licence matters, including suspensions and revocations.
His day-to-day responsibilities include case management, drafting legal submissions and applications, preparing bundles, liaising with barristers and the Home Office, and providing direct advice to clients.
Daniel graduated from Coventry University with a law degree in 2024. During his final year, he volunteered at the Coventry Employment Law Clinic, where he developed his client communication skills along with a strong commitment to legal practice. His interdisciplinary background in sociology, geography, and psychology provides him with unique insights that enrich his understanding of complicated legal issues.
Daniel enjoys the variety his role offers: personal immigration and employee matters allow him to build close client relationships, while business immigration and corporate law provide the opportunity to handle cases with broader impact. He is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and takes pride when clients feel they’ve received detailed, effective, and transparent advice.
Continuous professional development is important to Daniel, so he stays current with legal developments through ongoing CPD training. Outside of work, he enjoys ice hockey, reading non-fiction, and learning about new subjects, interests that reflect his curiosity and dynamic approach to life.
