Andrew Nyamayaro is the Director and Principal solicitor for Tann Law Solicitors Ltd. He is the current President of the Warwickshire Law Society. Andrew is experienced in several areas of law which include immigration, family, business, employment and human rights law. He has vast experience in dealing with clients from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Andrew has done various voluntary work including volunteering as a magistrate and school governor. Andrew is a public speaker who has addressed various political, religious, social and charitable organisations on leading issues of law.
Andrew has excellent advocacy and litigation skills and frequently appears in the Immigration and Asylum First Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal. He is skilled in preparing judicial review applications and has worked with some of the most renowned barristers in the UK.
Andrew has assisted clients with various Home Office applications including student applications; other points-based applications and leave to remain extensions. He is effective in communicating and negotiating with the Home Office. Andrew has also assisted people seeking asylum and humanitarian protection in the UK with excellent results. He has a clear understanding of the refugee convention and the European Convention on Human rights. He has helped victims of domestic violence and victims of human trafficking.
Andrew Nyamayaro was admitted as a legal practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer in Zimbabwe in 2000. He worked for two law firms in Zimbabwe before coming to the UK. He was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2012. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Law Honours degree and is qualified under the Law Society Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a Level 2 senior caseworker.
Bernard holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree majoring in International Commercial Law from the University of Northampton. He is a fully qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (CIArb). He is a registered Legal Practitioner in Zimbabwe.
With over a decade professional services experience gained in the United Kingdom and abroad, Bernard has a keen interest in employment law, corporate governance, arbitration and both regulatory and corporate compliance work. A commercially astute and naturally diplomatic individual, Bernard is a subject-matter expert on Directors duties across many jurisdictions.
Being a qualified Arbitrator and a trained lawyer, Bernard has an eye for detail, and is discretionary in analysing issues whilst upholding duty of confidentiality. He has worked in several legal capacities advising on Immigration matters in the UK and within the EU, and has a particular interest in Employment law with a bias in discrimination and equality issues. He also advocates for people with mental health issues.
Yvonne is a well experienced solicitor. She has worked as a solicitor for several years. She is an Immigration and Public Law specialist. Yvonne has experience in dealing with the Home Office. Her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to her work has meant that she has a high success rate. Yvonne has appeared in the Immigration and Asylum Tribunals both in the First Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal.
As a Public Law specialist she has done numerous judicial review applications in the Upper tribunal and the High court. She has worked with top notch barristers across the country.
Yvonne is also admitted as a Legal practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer in Zimbabwe.
Mohammad has wide range of experience with law in the middle east from his home country Syria where he has a bachelors in law and worked as a senior lawyer for 13 years, owned and ran his own law firm, he qualified to represent clients in all Arabic countries.
He has extensive experience of law in the UK, with masters in law from University of Wolverhampton and specialises in immigration, commercial and litigation.
He is always empathetic and understanding towards his clients situation and has their best interests at heart and with his high attention to detail and work ethic make him very effective at ensuring the best outcomes for his clients.
Mohammad is completely fluent in Arabic and Kurdish.
Amir is currently an ACILEx Caseworker at Tann Law Solicitors. Amir holds a 1st Class Law degree and is completing the Chartered Legal Executive (CLIEx) Route to qualify as a Solicitor. Amir has also completed CLIEx Level 6 Immigration Law. He has experience in Immigration and Family law. He has taken on Immigration matters which include Asylum, entry clearance, visa extensions, settlement, citizenship, deportation and appeals. He has also taken on family matters which include Divorce, Mediation, and child proceedings.
Amir likes to help people and enjoys different challenges rather than a routine day. He puts 100% effort in getting the best outcome for his clients. He has a desire to learn and will be looking at different areas of Law to progress in his career.
Outside of work, Amir enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends and loves travelling around the world.
Nyaradzo joined Tann Law Solicitors in July 2018. Her responsibilities include assistance with administration, finance, accounts, recruitment and staff management. Nyaradzo is skilled in team leading and general overview of the practice. Nyaradzo works part time-flexible with Tann Law Solicitors as she has another role within the NHS.
Nyaradzo is a mother of 2 children and enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also attends local church where she is a Deaconess and Children Ministry teacher.
Her hobbies include reading, travelling, a keen walker and has a particular interest in nature and culture.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES - Tatenda Michael Makaya is an experienced Caseworker with extensive experience in Immigration, Family and Commercial law & Civil Litigation. His expertise is demonstrated through his vast portfolio of successful cases. Tatenda delivers excellent service to clients, exceeding their expectations through the exceptional standard of work he produces, his keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude towards every case. Tatenda has a multifaceted and thorough approach to analyzing whatever matters he handles and can identify potential issues and solutions at the early stages of litigation saving his clients both time and costs.
SPECIALISMS - Tatenda has experience dealing with all aspects of family law ranging from Divorce and Finances to Children Act Matters. He also provides expert advice in both Commercial and Civil matters, such as contract claims, debt recovery, partnership conflicts and all aspects of running and growing a business. Tatenda has experience in handling immigration matters affecting individuals and businesses.
Kenya is a Business administrator currently undergoing an apprenticeship. She commenced her role at Tann law solicitors on the 18th July where she is receiving valuable experience in both administrative and legal work.
Alongside her apprenticeship, Kenya also studies Law at Nottingham Trent University and hopes to graduate with a First class degree.
Kenya has the ability to maintain a healthy balance between all her studies and is on track to becoming a good Lawyer in the future. In her spare time, Kenya enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
SPECIALISM - Assisting the Principal Solicitor with casework and dealing with immigration matters as well as providing legal advice to the clients. My responsibilities include taking client instruction, drafting legal documents witness statement and processing evidence. I also undertake administrative duties.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION - LLB Law from the Coventry University in 2016. LPC with LLM from the University of Law Birmingham 2017.
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS - Prior to joining Tann Law Solicitors, I have worked in Rugby which involved working with parents and children in care proceeding where I had been exposed to the sensitive nature of this work and attended court hearing with the counsels. I have also worked in a niche area of defendant insurance claim litigation.
In addition, I have experience working with the refugees whilst volunteering at the Coventry Law Centre and Coventry Refugee Migrant Centre in offering the appropriate support to re-establishing their life.
Having worked at different legal firms I have developed an awareness of the delicate nature of legal matter and aim to approach all the legal issues with due diligence and care by achieving the best results for my clients.
I am fluent with Pashto and Dari.
HOBBIES - In my spare, I would like to spend time with my family and friends and travel around.
QUALIFICATION/PROFESSIONAL COURSES - In college, Ashley did business level 3 and an Extended diploma. She did law with criminology at Worcester university in which she got 2:2. She then went on to the LPC in which she got distinction conjoined with masters in law in which she got a merit and completed the start of 2022. In the future she aims to undertake a training contract in order to become a solicitor.
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES - She assists Bernard and Hiva with basic admin duties e.g., booking appointments, dealing with post, and answering clients on their behalf. Proofreading documents. Draft necessary documents.
SPECIALISMS - Completed the Paralegal trainee program in which she passed.
CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS - Ashlea did a 3-month placement within Employment law.
BRIEF PERSONAL HISTORY/HOBBBIES ETC - In her spare time Ashlea enjoys seeing family and friends, and reading numerous books her favourite being Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte.
