IMMIGRATION
Our fee structure for immigration fees is mainly fixed/agreed. The work is undertaken by qualified solicitors, trainee solicitors, trainee Cilex, caseworkers and paralegals.
The average fee for Home Office applications is £1100.00. Our fees exclude all disbursements. On Average, it takes around 10 hours from start to finish of the case.
The services included in the fees:
- Taking full instructions
- Completing forms
- Drafting letters, statements and relevant documents
- Instructing relevant experts
- In appeals and judicial reviews representing the client
- Communicating with the courts, other side and the Home Office
- Updating client of progress
